Refund Policy:

Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 120 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.

If the recipient refuses delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellation policy :

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 30 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.

We offer free same day delivery for all orders placed before 5:00 PM and next day delivery for all orders placed after 5:00 PM through our in house delivery team. At the moment deliveries are made in Dubai & Sharjah only. If we face any issue with the delivery, Our Team will try to contact you to solve the issue as soon as possible. We do NOT guarantee a precise delivery time as it varies according to our delivery schedule.
