Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (flowers, gifts, and perfumes), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
Refunds are accepted only in case of defective or damaged items.
Conditions for Refunds:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Clear photos of the damaged or defective item must be provided
The product must not have been used
If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
